Sleeping is not only good for your mental health but it is essential for your overall health. Our body rejuvenates and heals fast if we get quality sleep during night. The most common positions to sleep are sleeping on back, side ways, stomach and fatal position. While you sleep on your back, there is no acid reflux as your back would be raised higher than your stomach. Sleeping on your back also curbs pain in the neck and also in the back.A puffy pillow is good for supporting your neck while sleeping on your back. You can raise the head of your bed a little for proper positioning. This will provide ample support for your spine as well. There is nothing more relaxing then adjustable beds. These electronic beds render quality sleep and let you get up next morning rejuvenated. It is said that those who have a habit of snoring snore even more while sitting on the back. To prevent snoring at night you can try the side sleeping position. To start with, sitting in new position is a very difficult task. In such case, adjustable beds are your best friend as they help you lie down comfortably without experiencing much discomfort. It may take weeks to start sleep in a new position in which your body is not used to. Once you start getting good sleep in the new position on adjustable beds you can even sleep on a normal bed. The worst sleeping positions are on your stomach and fetal position. It is bad for you spine health and digestion. Moreover, it is said that those who sleep on the stomach are more susceptible to getting wrinkles on face. Thus, one should avoid sleeping in these two positions for good health.
